Moriah "Mo" is a Certified Christian Mental Health/Life Coach specializing in coaching those struggling with depression, anxiety self-esteem, feelings of shame and guilt, and trauma. Additionally, Moriah has a passion, extensive experience and specialization in coaching those with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Moriah has over fifteen years of experience teaching and counseling those with intellectual disabilities, as well as supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, difficulty expressing and dealing with emotions, and trauma.
Moriah's heart and mission is to help you be able to draw near to God during times of trail, doubt, or desire to change. Close relationship with God comes with when you can truly see God, His love for you, and see yourself through His eyes. Moriah's desire is to walk beside you on this journey and provide the support, encouragement and mentoring needed to help you come to a place of finding new hope, healing, and restoration.
Moriah has had the opportunity to speak at various workshops and women's retreats, as well as teach and lead women's bible study groups. She is holds a certification in Christian Mental Health/Life Coaching through AACC, certification in Targeted Case Management (Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education.
